FTR (Fabrication Techniques Racing) Chassis and Swinging arm with adjustable head stock (copy of the genuine NSR Chassis)
Foggy Personas FP1 Radiator
Forks are heavily modified SP1 with magnesium bottoms.
Magnesium top and bottom yolks with lower 6 bolt fittings.
Tank is heavily modified RC30.
Bodywork is genuine NSR Carbon Kevlar factory items
The seat unit is self supporting carbon kevlar.
BST Carbon Wheels.
AP Lockheed Narrow track Disks with mono block radial callipers
Engine:
Engine is tuned RG500 with NOVA gearbox.
Kevlar clutch plates
Disk valves are 116mm diameter titanium nitride
Inlet track bolts have been sunk.
Carbs are TMX 39mm and are bonded to the outer disk covers to give maximum space for the fairings.
Cranks have been re-built with RM125 con rods and RG500 mk12 big ends for extra strength.
Big bore barrels with RG +150 pistons tuned to stage 3.
Heads have been 'O' ringed so no need for head gaskets.
All new bearings and seals
Exhausts are highly modified Jolly Moto Items with custom Titanium Silencers.
Electronics:
Ignition is a WOLF item that is 3D Mappable with a TPS unit.
Exhaust controller is modified by BDK to enable it to be adjustable.
It has DYNA ignition coils 0.7ohm
There is a controller fitted to the bike to allow water injection to be fitted to increase lower RPM power but it isnt connected.
Full digital dash with quick shifter arming switches and shift lights.
There are also a large selection of spares with the bike including carbon - carbon brakes, West leathers etc.
Its been signed on the right fairing by Loris Caparossi.
There is also a document folder with the bike with receipts totalling thousands and thousands of pounds in parts.
